1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Edge Sepou (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides a limited warranty on all products purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for Edge Sepou products is:

  • 30 days from the date of delivery for consumable goods (e.g., serums, oils, treatments)
  • 90 days for non-consumable accessories or tools (if applicable)

After the warranty period expires, we cannot offer repairs, replacements, or refunds related to manufacturing defects.

3. What the Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers:

  • Defective packaging or containers
  • Broken or malfunctioning droppers, pumps, or applicators
  • Products that arrive damaged due to manufacturing or packaging issues
  • Incorrect items received due to fulfillment errors
4. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Products opened, used, or altered by the customer
  • Damage caused by shipping carriers (see Shipping Policy for claims)
  • Allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with product performance
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third‑party marketplaces

Consumable beauty products cannot be returned or refunded once opened unless the issue is directly related to a manufacturing defect.

5. Filing a Warranty Claim

Include:

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos or videos of the defect
  4. Proof of purchase

Claims submitted without proof of purchase cannot be processed.

6. Warranty Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the defective item
  • Store credit equal to the value of the item
  • Refund to the original method of payment (only when replacement is not possible)

The resolution method is determined at our discretion based on product availability and the nature of the defect.

7. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
  • If the defect is confirmed, Edge Sepou covers the cost of shipping replacement items.
  • Customers may be responsible for returning defective items if requested.
  • Return shipping instructions will be provided if needed.
8. Products Purchased Through Retail Partners

For items purchased through authorized retail partners:

  • Warranty claims should be initiated with the retailer first
  • Retailers may have their own return or warranty procedures
  • Edge Sepou may request additional verification before approving a claim

We cannot process warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge Sepou’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, time, or convenience
  • Personal injury resulting from misuse of the product
10. Changes to This Warranty Policy

We may update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
