1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days to a week or more.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary based on carrier and destination. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot
guarantee them.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Edge Sepou is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Your Rights Over Your Data
Edge Sepou is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
